Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Your wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and we want to ensure everything arrives with time to spare! To bring you a unique and affordable collection from around the world, our shipping times are longer than average.
Order Processing: 1-5 business days.
Estimated Shipping: 15-35 business days after processing.

We strongly recommend placing your order at least 6-8 weeks before your event date to ensure a stress-free experience.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently, we only offer our Standard Shipping option. This model allows us to partner with a wide range of unique artisans and suppliers and keep our prices affordable for you. Please plan ahead!

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

We partner with various suppliers to curate our beautiful collection. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different locations to get them to you as quickly as possible. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package as it ships.

Where is my order? How can I track it?

Once each part of your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note that it can take 3-7 days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Products & Personalization

How do I add my personalization details?

On the product page for any customizable item, you will find a text box labeled "Personalization" or similar. Please enter your details carefully in this box before adding the item to your cart. We will engrave or print the text exactly as you provide it.

What if I made a mistake in my personalization?

Please double-check all spelling, names, and dates before submitting your order. Because orders are processed quickly with our partners, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is placed. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@everafterthings.com and we will do our absolute best to help, but we cannot promise a correction is possible.

Are the colors on the website accurate?

We do our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may vary slightly due to different computer monitor and phone screen settings.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal for secure and easy checkout.


Can I cancel my order?

Due to the speed at which we process orders with our various partners, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. We begin the fulfillment process immediately to ensure your items are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Please be sure to review your order carefully before checking out.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your items! We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, as they are created specifically for you.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We are so sorry to hear this! While we and our partners take great care in packaging, shipping mishaps can occasionally happen. Please email us at info@everafterthings.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
1. Your order number.
2. A clear photo of the damaged item.
3. A photo of the packaging it arrived in.
We will work with you to make it right immediately.
